1. Initial Contact & Free Discovery Call

We begin with a 15-minute complimentary call to learn about your space, goals, and design needs. You’ll tell us what’s not working and what you envision.

 Outcome: We determine if we’re the right fit and which design service best suits your needs.
 

2. On-Site or Virtual Consultation 

Next, we schedule a 1-2 hour design consultation (in-person or virtual). We walk through your space, take measurements (if needed), and discuss style, function, and budget.

 Outcome: You’ll receive a summary of ideas discussed, plus a project estimate and proposal to move forward.
 

3. Design Proposal & Agreement

You’ll receive a custom proposal outlining:

• Scope of work

• Timeline

• Estimated design hours or flat fee

• Payment structure

Once approved, we sign the contract and request a deposit to begin.
 

4. Concept Development

We start with:

• Inspiration boards

• Color palette and mood boards

• Preliminary layout options

 Outcome: You’ll get a clear vision of the design direction before we dive into detailed planning.
 

5. Design Phase

We move into the full design development, including:

• Floor plans & furniture layouts

• Finishes & materials selection

• Lighting & electrical plans

• Elevations & 3D renderings (if applicable)

• Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) list

 Outcome: A complete design package ready for implementation.
 

6. Client Revisions

We present everything to you in a design presentation. You’ll have a chance to request changes—typically one major revision is included depending on the package.
 

7. Final Design Package

Once revisions are approved, we finalize all documents for implementation:

• CAD drawings

• Rendered visuals

• Final specifications and shopping list

 Outcome: Everything you or your contractor needs to bring the space to life.
 

8. Procurement & Project Management (Optional Add-On)

We can support you with:

• Sourcing and ordering items

• Coordinating with contractors

• Site visits to ensure design accuracy

9. Project Wrap-Up

We schedule a final walk-through and handoff. You’ll receive a digital folder with all final plans, care instructions, and design details for future reference.
